I’ve lost my period, had a face full of acne, mood swings I couldn’t keep up with, hair in unwanted places, you name it.
AND….I’ve found what works for me. I NOW cycle (and ovulate!!) regularly every month, my skin has cleared up, I’m full of joy & life, and have EASY, pain-free periods.
I lost my period as a teenager for over 6 years due to overexercising and under-eating. Honestly, at first I thought it was great. I didn't have to carry around tampons, worry about bleeding through my pants, or experience the excruciating pain my friends were going though.
I very quickly realized how important having a cycle was. I was constantly tired and cold, my hair and nails were brittle, my face was dull, and I lost my funny, caring personality.
I didn't recognize myself.
I was recommended hormonal birth control and was told it would "regulate my hormones". When a couple tries of that didn't work, I was left to figure it out on my own. I felt confused & frustrated, knowing deep down something was wrong.
I decided to change how I viewed wellness and advocate for my health. I took a gentle approach that included SLOWING down: eating nourishing foods, working on my relationship with stress, and self-love and acceptance. I found what worked for ME. I regained my cycle and was OVERJOYED! After over 6 years of struggling, I finally had my period back.
I was on top of the world! While I was so thankful to be cycling again, my story didn't stop there.
To start, it took some unpredictable cycles and bleeding through my pants in a college lecture to realize my body still needed some time to figure itself out! Meanwhile, I broke out like crazy and had a face FULL of acne!!! It was quite the shock to feel like I was in middle school again at 21. I also started to notice some hair growing in some very unwanted places. After keeping an eye on it for some time, I decide to look further into it. Sure enough, I had 2/3 signs of PCOS.
I then pivoted by focus to managing PCOS. This looked like prioritizing blood sugar regulation, continuing to improve my relationship with stress, not overdoing it, and making tweaks to my movement routine.
I am so happy to share I haven't missed a period in almost 4 years!! I ovulate every month, my skin has cleared up tremendously, I am full of energy & happiness, and feel so strong!
Now, I help other women achieve the same thing! I've supported my fellow "PCOSers", as well as those with endometriosis, missing periods, women wanting to transition off hormonal birth control or who want to feel better ON it, as well as women who simply want to work WITH their cycle to feel their best.

I’ll be there every step of the journey, helping you work through any challenges or blocks and making your period journey way easier. Together, we'll work towards better periods, leaving those monthly “curl into a ball” sessions in the past
You don’t have to worry about not hearing from me! I’ll check in between coaching sessions to ensure you’re on track with the program. There will also be fun accountability tasks and reminders throughout all the modules!
