In weeks 1 & 2, we are going to dive into what your period really is and why it's important! We'll discuss key hormones, the 4 phases of the cycle, what to expect during those 4 phases, and how you can live your life in tune with your menstrual cycle. You'll learn how to track your cycle in-depth fully understanding what your body is telling you. It's the health class you never got but deserve!
In weeks 3 & 4, we discuss mindful eating practices, how to build a plate for hormone health, what foods support better periods, meal prepping, and eating with the 4 phases of the cycle
In weeks 5 & 6, we'll discuss how stress impacts your hormones. We'll relabel stress and work to become more resilient to it, build up your "toolkit", and learn about environmental stress and Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals (EDCs). I don't want you to stress about your stress so we'll make a personalized, realistic step-by-step plan!
In weeks 7 & 8, we identify ways to support the body's natural detoxification process & pathways and its tie with hormonal health!
In weeks 9 & 10, you will learn the importance of sleep for hormone health and how to optimize it. We’ll look at “what’s on your plate?” and find ways to bring more peace and less chaos into your day-to-day. We’ll end by discussing where more rest is needed in your cycle.
In weeks 11 & 12, we will dive into how to move your body to support your hormonal health and the 4 phases of the cycle.
The remaining portion of The Mindful Period Program will consist of follow-up coaching sessions every other week to check in on your period progress and provide continued support where you need it.
To kick off the online modules, I'll guide you through the ins and outs of the program and what to look forward to! We will also dive into mindset work and your "judge" so you can get the most out of the program and fix your period problems!
